Payment processing for Tribal enterprises

Sovara Nation Pay is a Native-owned company that refers Tribal enterprises to First Nationwide Payments, which provides the merchant account, for hotels, restaurants, retail, fuel and travel plazas, entertainment venues, and Tribal government services. Every outlet runs on one merchant relationship, with pricing disclosed in writing and documentation ready for your procurement process.

Built for multi-venue operations

Ready for your procurement process

We respond to RFPs and vendor questionnaires, and we provide the documentation Tribal councils, finance departments and IT teams typically ask for.

A partner that respects sovereignty

We work with Tribal enterprises as sovereign governments and business owners. We help make sure contracts, reporting and support fit your government’s and your enterprise’s requirements. Merchant terms, including any agreed dispute or limited-waiver terms, come from First Nationwide Payments and its sponsor bank, reviewed with your counsel.

Native-owned, and built to give back

Sovara Nation Pay is Native-owned: 51% owned and controlled by enrolled Tribal members, who make the decisions and set the direction. 10% of our profits go to Tribal nonprofits. It comes from our profit after all operating costs and is set aside before any profits are shared with our owners. Our Native owners choose where it goes.

Gaming venues

Casino venues are served once bank approval and gaming-commission registration are in place. Hotels, restaurants, shops and event centers at a casino property follow the same rule. Until then, we’re glad to talk with your team about the rest of your enterprise.
