These terms cover your use of the Sovara Nation Pay website. Merchant services are governed by a separate merchant processing agreement.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DOMAIN.TBD and related pages (the “Site”), operated by [Company legal name] (“Sovara Nation Pay,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
About us
Sovara Nation Pay is a trade name of [Company legal name], [address]. Sovara Nation Pay refers merchants to First Nationwide Payments, Inc., a registered ISO of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Concord, CA, which provides merchant accounts, pricing and applications. Sovara Nation Pay is not a bank. Merchant accounts are provided by First Nationwide Payments, Inc. and its sponsor bank.
Merchant services are separate
The Site provides general information about our services. It is not an offer to provide merchant services. All merchant accounts are subject to application, underwriting and approval by First Nationwide Payments, Inc. and its sponsor bank, and are governed by a separate merchant processing agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the merchant processing agreement controls for your merchant account.
Quotes and pricing
Examples on the Site, including the sample receipt, illustrate how pricing works and are not a quote. Card network costs such as interchange and assessments are set by card-issuing banks and card networks and may change. Your rates and fees are only those stated in writing in your quote and merchant processing agreement.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- submit false information or information about another person without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with how it works;
- scrape, copy or reuse the Site’s content except as allowed below;
- send card numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial data to us by email or through the Site.
Our content and trademarks
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to [Company legal name] or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. The Sovara name and the Sovara Nation Pay logo are used by [Company legal name] under license from Sovara Brands, LLC. Card brand and digital wallet names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the payment methods we support.
Third-party links
The Site may link to websites and services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Privacy

Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
